Egg Chicken Chops Recipe


Ingredients
Eggs – 2
Chicken – 250 gms, chopped, boneless, skinless, cleaned, washed
Ginger – 1 inch piece, peeled
Garlic – 10 cloves
Small Onions – 1 cup, peeled
Black Peppercorns – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Saunf – 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 3
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Cloves – 2
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 250 ml
Coriander Leaves – a small bunch, chopped
Salt as per taste

Method
 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
 Saute the onions, peppercorns, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, saunf, cinnamon and cloves for a minute  
 or two.
 Remove and grind together.
 Heat 1 tsp of oil in the pan.
 Add the ground paste, chicken pieces and 1 cup of water.
 Bring to a boil.
 Cook till the water has evaporated and the chicken pieces start to turn golden brown.
 Remove and keep aside.
 Beat the eggs with little salt in a bowl.
 Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
 Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and deep fry till golden brown.
 Garnish with coriander leaves.
 Serve.
