Chicken Balls


Ingredients:
chicken boneless- 200gm
onion-1small
ginger chopped-1tsp
garlic chopped-1tsp
green chilly chopped-1tsp
curry leaves chopped-1string
coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
chilly powder-1tsp
garam masala-a pinch
salt-to taste
oil-for deep frying

For coating:
corn flour-1tbsp
bread crumbs-1/2cup

Method:
*Cook chicken pieces with little salt and turmeric powder with out adding water in a pressure cooker on high flame for 1 whistle.
*When it cools down, put in a blender and make a coarse paste.
*Mix it with all other ingredients except oil.
*Make small balls out of it.
*Mix corn flour with water and make a loose mix like milk.
*Put the balls in corn flour batter and then take it out with a spoon and roll    these balls in a plate containing bread crumbs.
*Deep fry it in hot oil until golden in color.
*Drain in to paper towels and serve hot with ketchup.
